Ingredients

  • 1whole coconut
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the coconut and remove from it's shell then wash and grate then mix with the sugar

  2. 2

    Next, put your sauce pan on fire then add the vegetable oil then pour the coconut and start to stir.

    Continue to stir till brown.
