Grind the peanuts, green chilies, cilantro, and ginger together in a blender or food processor.

In a bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes, peanut paste, and salt. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small patties (vadas).

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the sabudana vadas until golden brown.
