Take oil in a wok and add mustard seeds to it. Let it splutter

When mustard seeds splutter add chana daal and ket it brown nicely

Now add curry leaves to it

Add raw peanuts and fry for a few seconds

Now add cashews and almonds to it and fry

Now add turmeric powder to it

Add chiwda and keep roasting it till it becomes crisp

Keep stirring it to avoid burning

Stirring will help in coating yellow colour of turmeric on the chiwda

When it becomes crisp add salt and stir nicely again

Towards the end add sugar and ince again mix well

Take it out in a big plate and let it cool.
