Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 4-5green chillies
  2. 1small bundle of coriander leaves
  3. 5-6peeled garlic
  4. 1medium tomato
  5. as neededFew drops of oil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. as neededSmall piece of coconut

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take few drops of oil on hot tawa fry green chillies till it gets spots on it

  2. 2

    Add to it chopped tomato,mix.Then add washed coriander leaves mix again.off the flame. Cover it with a lid.

    Take coconut garlic cloves in a grinder and grind. Cool the tawa vegetables and add to the grinder,and grind into thick chutney by adding some water.put salt. Thecha is ready.
