Many years ago I learnt from our maid this recipe of thecha. We can relish with Chapati and you will not feel the need to have any sabji along with it.

Many years ago I learnt from our maid this recipe of thecha. We can relish with Chapati and you will not feel the need to have any sabji along with it.
Steps

Take few drops of oil on hot tawa fry green chillies till it gets spots on it

Add to it chopped tomato,mix.Then add washed coriander leaves mix again.off the flame. Cover it with a lid.

Take coconut garlic cloves in a grinder and grind. Cool the tawa vegetables and add to the grinder,and grind into thick chutney by adding some water.put salt. Thecha is ready.
