Bitter gourd moong daal
Steps

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli

Dd bitter gourd sliced and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 3
Add gourd slices and saute well till it become soft
- 4
Add the moong daal and boil until daal and gourd slices are cooked
- 5
Serve it at the start of a meal with plain rice
