Ingredients

  • 3small katori basmati rice soaked
  • 100 gmcubes of paneer
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1sliced potato
  • 1/2chopped each green, red and yellow capsicum
  • 1/2katori soaked green peas
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoonblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tea spoonbiryani powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Chopped dry fruits
  • 1split green chilli
  • Sliced tomatoes and mosambi
  • Whole spices(cardmom, cinnamon powder, Tej patta, black pepper)
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tea spoonjeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one bowl add water and let it boil

  2. 2

    Add soaked rice and let it cook

  3. 3

    Take kadai and put oil for frying paneer cubes till golden brown

  4. 4

    Take pan add butter, jeera and chopped onion saute till golden brown

  5. 5

    Add all whole spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well add all veggies let it cook for 5-10 minutes

  6. 6

    Add cooked rice and biryani masala and mix well

  7. 7

    Cover it for 5-10 minutes

  8. 8

    Add lemon juice

  9. 9

    Garnish with tomato chilli and mosambi slices
