Soak rice in some water after washing it.

Wash marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, turmeric,salt for 1hr.

Take a pan add oil and heat.Add Bay leaf and jeera.

Add onions and saute till brown.

Add Coriander jeera powder,salt to taste, turmeric, garam masala and fry.

Add chicken and stir fry.Add tomatoes.Mix well.

Now put rice and stir another 2-3mins

Add sufficient water and let it boil.When water starts reducing close the pan and turn gas on sim.

Cook pullao for 10-15mins.Keep check in between.

Turn off the heat after 15mins.
