Grind chanadal to a smooth paste and keep aside.

Then in food processor put radish, spring onion and finely chop and keep aside.

In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, sugar,red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and mix.

Also add ground chanadal, chopped veggies, oil and mix well.

Then add enough water and bind medium soft dough and keep covered for 10 minutes.

Then make balls of lemon size and roll to a roti of medium thickness using wheat flour.

Then shallow fry on hot tawa using oil till crisp and golden.

Serve hot with raitas and pickles of your choice.

Here I have served with grape raita.
