Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 350 gLamb cut into chunks
  • 1 tblsButter
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspCumin dried
  • 1 tspGaram masala dried
  • 1/4 tspCorriander dried dried
  • 2 tblsCurry Powder medium heat
  • 2 clovesGarlic Crushed
  • 1/4 piecefresh chilli diced
  • 2 tspMango chutney
  • 1/4 cupSultanas
  • 2 tspApple sauce
  • 1Apple chopped
  • 12 cupsboiling water
  • 1dried Chicken stock cube
  • 1 tspcorn flour

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the onion in butter in a frying pan

  2. 2

    Add the Garlic and chilli

  3. 3

    Then fry for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Add the Lamb and stir in

  5. 5

    Add all the dried ingredients then the boiling water

  6. 6

    Then the chicken stock and sultanas let it boil then add the mango chutney, Apple dauce and diced apple and stir cook for 45 minutes.

  7. 7

    Take off the heat and when cooled a little add the yogurt and stir in. Bring to the boil and stir. Then serve on a bed of Basmatti rice.
