Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 1/2 cupcabbage chopped and steamed
  • 1Potato sliced
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and remove

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  4. 4

    Add cumin coriander powder saute well adding steamed cabbage and Potatoes

  5. 5

    Fry and cover till it become soft and moist

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Add ghee and garam masala powder

  8. 8

    Serve it with rice or chapati
