Cheese Paratha
Steps

Take in a bowl grated paneer mozzarella cheese and processed cheese add coriander leaves and oragano chilli flakes pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients well and keep it a side..

Take wheat flour in big bowl add pinch salt 2 teaspoon oil and mix it.. now prepare little tight dough by adding water.brush the dough using oil.. Rest for 20 minutes.

Make pedas from the dough

Now roll small round shape roti dusting with dry flour.. apply little oil on the roti put some stuffing on it and close the all sides of the roti and make again round by pressing lightly.

Again roll lightly don't press much and make a circular shape paratha.

Roast the paraths on medium low flame using oil on both the sides.

Paratha is ready to serve.

Serve with any sabji or tomato ketchup.
