Ingredients

35 minutes
  1. 1.5 lbMexican Chorizo (casings removed)
  2. 20 ozspinach
  3. 8 ozcream cheese
  4. 5 tbspsour cream
  5. 8 ozshredded cheese
  6. 1.5 ozlarge diced tomato
  7. 1diced white onion
  8. 14 ozGreen Chiles

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes

    Preheat the oven to 350

  2. 2

    Break up Chorizos and brown in a pan over medium high heat

  3. 3

    Once chorizo is cooked, add diced onion and cook until onions are tender

  4. 4

    Add spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, tomato, and green chiles. Combine well and then remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Flatten out mixture and place in a cast iron skillet or 9x13 casserole dish.

  6. 6

    Layer all of cheese on top and place in oven for 30 minutes
