Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kgPotatoes
  • 3egg yolks
  • Cream(cooking cream)
  • 3 tbsButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean your potatoes

  2. 2

    Put them to a boil
    Add some salt and let them cook until mashy

  3. 3

    Mash your potatoes
    Add some cream and butter

  4. 4

    Add your egg yorks

  5. 5

    Put your potatoes in a pipping bag and pipe on a baking sheet with a parchment paper

  6. 6

    Bake on a pre-heated oven for 20 mins.
    Serve with chicken or beef

  7. 7
