Ingredients

9 cupcakes
  • 1 cuppumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cuphoney
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspginger
  • 1/4 tspcloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees

    Prepare baking tin i.e put cupcake liners

  3. 3

    Sift and mix dry ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix wet ingredients.

  5. 5

    Mix wet and dry ingredients

  6. 6

    Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cupcake.

  7. 7

    Serve warm with tea.
