In a big bowl mix three types of flour

Add grated vegetables.

Add some boiled potatoes.

Add chopped onions

Add salt turmeric and chilli powder into it.

Add 1 teaspoon refined oil.

Knead it well.

Keep the dough for half an hour.

With the help of rolling pins and butterfly shape cookie cutter make some beautiful butterfly shaped parathas.

Heat a non-stick tawa

Fry the butterfly shaped parathas like any other parathas.

Serve the parathas with a bowl full of curd and some pickles.
