Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupMargarine
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 11/2 cupgrated carrots
  7. 4eggs
  8. Milk
  9. 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs and mix

  2. 2

    Add in the margarine then vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Fold in the dry ingredients alternating with milk. Add in the carrots, mix well.

  4. 4

    Grease your pan and pour in the mixture

  5. 5

    Bake your cake

    For 30mins then serve.
