Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 tspCrushed Marie biscuits
  • 2 tspPowdered sugar
  • 6 tspMelted butter
  • 1 cupGratedpaneer
  • 1/2 cupHung curd
  • 1 pinchGrated nutmug
  • 1/2 cupCondensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add biscuits, sugar & butter & press the mixture Evelyn into a 9" diameter loose bottom tin.

  2. 2

    Put to chilli

  3. 3

    In a blender,liquidize the paneer with,the curds, baking soda & nutmug.

  4. 4

    Whip in the condensed milk well blended.

  5. 5

    Pour the filling over the set crust.

  6. 6

    Bake in a hot oven at 170 degree c for 30 miniutes.

  7. 7

    Remove & sprinkle the icing sugar on the top.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot hot.
