Red Sauce Pasta

Firstly boil 4 cups water in a pan. Add pasta, salt and oil.

Cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes or till they are soft. (on medium high flame)
Drain and keep aside. - 3
Boil tomatoes for 5-8 minutes. Peel and blend it to a smooth puree.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
Add onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes or till onion gets translucent. (on low medium flame) - 5
Now add tomato puree and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Further add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, crushed pepper, mixed herbs and salt.
Mix well and saute for few seconds. - 7
Add capsicum and cook for one minute.
Add in the boiled pasta and mix well.
Make sure the sauce has mixed well with pasta. - 8
Transfer it in a serving dish.

Top it with some grated cheese and sprinkle some mixed herb.
Serve immediately.
