Steps

Frying paneer mix all ingredients for paneer marinade add paneer to the marinate mix well so that paneer well coated with marinate

Deep fry paneer cubes in hot oil. Drain on paper napkin and keep aside

Remove the extra oil from kadai. When oil become hot add onion.

Stir fry the onion on medium heat, so that it may not burn.

Make the corn flour paste with water.

Let onion become semitransparent. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli. Stir for some second.

Add capsicum, and stir fry capsicum for few minutes.

Now add all the sauce, water, stir and simmer. Add the corn flour paste and let the sauce thicken.

Now add the fried paneer cubes, vinegar, pepper and salt. Stir and simmer paneer manchurian gravy for a minute.

Garnishing paneer manchurian with spring onion.
