Topping : Heat the oil in a pan add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes

Add the Capcicam and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes

Add the Panner, tomato, Coriander and salt. Mix well.

Remove from the flame and allow it to cool completely

Proceed:Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead in to a soft dough. Using enough water.

Heat s tava and cook it using a little oil till it runs golden brown in colour from both sides

Spread a portion of the topping evenly over each mini pancakes and serve immediately.

Healthy green pancake is ready
