This is a chicken curry which is famous in most restaurants with an added healthy ingredient..

Add oil to your cooking pot once heated add whole cumin after few seconds add the onions and let them brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste once onions brown.

Add you handful of spinach, green chilli paste and coriander. And then add the dry spices to this.Stir and let it cook.

Add tomato purée and let it cook for ten minutes and add the chicken cubes.

Stir it and add 1/2 cup water and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked and let the water burn and the curry to thicken. Garnish with coriander before serving.
