Wash chicken, spice to your choice and parboil till its tender and set vegetables aside. wash tomatoes, pepper and onion and roughly blend and set aside.

Pour in veg oil and once its hot add blended tomatoes and allow, fry for at least 8-10 minutes, add the parboiled chicken and stir

Add knorr cube, salt and allow it boil for 3minutes, taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary and stir then add ugu leaf and turn off heat after 45seconds then serve with white rice.
