Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2prepared pie shells
  • 6large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cheavy cream
  • 1 lbdiced ham or bacon
  • 1 1/2 cupsshredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 cupschopped fresh baby spinach (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. 2

    Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix well

  3. 3

    Layer spinach, bacon/ham, and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust

  4. 4

    Pour the egg mixture on top

  5. 5

    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg is set

  6. 6

    Cut into wedges and enjoy!
