Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonssea salt
  2. 1 cubebutter
  3. 1 teaspoonpepper
  4. 1 clovegalic minced
  5. White wine
  6. 2 poundsany size shrimp
  7. Hand full of fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and dry shrimp. cook halfway with a little bit of olive if the shrimp are bigger then set aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan cook ingredients with a spoon of olive oil till garlic is cooked then add wine and simmer for 1 minute. Then add shrimp and cook till done.

    Plate with rice or cooked pasta and garnish with parsley if desired
