Ingredients

  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 2finely chopped onions
  • 2finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tspregular masale
  • 2 tspghee for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash carefully all spinach and finely chop it.

  2. 2

    Heat a wok add ghee, add chopped onions, saute till light pink.

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes add spinach and all spices.

  4. 4

    Cook on low falame.

  5. 5

    Serve with ghee and chapati.
