Crispy and tasty bread roll with soft spice and mashed potato filling.
Steps

Take a bowl and put boiled and mashed potato, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, kalimirch powder, zeera powder and salt to taste and mixwell.

Take 1/3rd cup water in a bowl or plate and dip one slice of bread in the water completely for one or a two second.

Press the bread in between your palm so that excess water is drained.

Place the prepare stuffing on one side of the moist bread slice. Gently roll the bread and join the edges. Press the edges and seal them.

Now take a plate and spread suji on it and roll the bread roll on it and keep aside.

Heat oil for deep frying for bread rolls. When oil become medium hot than add the bread roll. Fry the bread roll till the bread roll look crisp and golden.

Removed the fried bread roll and served with tomatoes or green chutney.
