Wash croacker fish and pat dry, blend pepper and onions and mix in garlic and ginger paste together with the pepper blend, salt, knorr cube, oregano and set aside

Combine croacker fish and the mixed pepper paste for marinade and in a bowl and cling film the bowl and refrigerate overnight or an hour or more

Heat up frying pan and pour in vegetable oil and once its hot start frying fish till its dried and cooked through; fry batch by batch till its complete, remove and place in a paper towel to drain.

Add fried pepper sauce and toss into fried fish together to mix; you can decide to place it in the oven for 2 minutes or just serve it like that
