Ingredients

  • 1small cauliflower
  • 2Potatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1red chilli whole
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add florets and Potatoes saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and saute

  6. 6

    Add tomato and saute well adding sugar

  7. 7

    Add garam masala powder and serve
