Firstly soaked dates in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Then deseed it.

Then dry roast bajra Flour in nonstick pan. After roasting add cashew nuts powder, cardamom powder.

Then add dates and mix it nicely, it's become dough forms. Thank add melon seeds.

Make ladoo from this dough and roll it into dessicated coconut.

Healthy ladoos are ready.
