Addendum: Based on the wattage of your microwave, adjust accordingly. My new microwave only took 30 seconds, longer and the sauce broke. I love Bearnaise sauce and I have always used packets in the past. Lately, they don't seem to have the flavor they used to. This recipe is quick and easy. Angie -

Quince Jam (A Delicious Natural Cough Suppressant) Quince Jam (A Delicious Natural Cough Suppressant)
When I was little, my grandmother always had a stock of this for us.I used to pretend that I had coughs, so that I could have some.Caution! Since this is made with honey, do not feed it to a child under the age of 1.It tastes great and has a crunchy texture if you soak the fresh quince in the honey, but it's better to make it into jam, so that you can store it. In Step 5, you can also mash the flesh. Whichever way you like. Recipe by Kumacchan cookpad.japan -

I love making my own style of Asian dishes. Roast pork is a family favorite so I adapted my own at home version of the marinade to use for it. This marinade can be used in chicken like I did today or more traditionally with boneless pork ribs or pork loin. It's such a warm, sweet, hot sauce. Just delicious. Taylor Topp Comacho -

The noodles were very nice and smooth so I enjoyed them.I didn't use the sauce that came with the noodles. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -
Arugula Pesto Genovese Arugula Pesto Genovese
My husband doesn't like basil pesto, so I wondered if there was something else I could use to make pesto. I checked an Italian cookbook and found this arugula pesto. Pine nuts are expensive, so I used almonds instead and was surprised at how delicious it was!I'm enjoying using this with various pastas. You can also use walnuts instead of almonds.
