My sister Diana sent me the base for this recipe. I made a few minor modifications to it. It is perfect for a conventional or a toaster oven and It is oh so yummy!

My sister Diana sent me the base for this recipe. I made a few minor modifications to it. It is perfect for a conventional or a toaster oven and It is oh so yummy!

Cooked Riced cauliflower

Drain Cauliflower in a strainer and press with the back of a large spoon to squeeze out as much excess water as possible

Add cauliflower and all remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until combined well and a dough like texture forms

Line a 9 × 9 square pan (I used the one that came with my toaster oven) with parchment paper

Press the mixture into the pan lightly forming a square crust (Do not make it too thin)

Bake in toaster oven on 450 (or preheated conventional oven) for 15 minutes

While crust is cooking, pre-cook any favorite toppings you wish to add to your pizza

Remove Crust, add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you like

Return pizza to the oven and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
