Ingredients

1/2 kg cauliflower
3sliced potato
1chopped tomato
2chopped onion
2chopped green chilli
2 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
to tastesalt
As neededoil

Steps

Cut and wash cauliflower
2

Heat oil in a pan
3

Add onion, green chill,ginger garlic paste and saute it for 3 min. Than add tomato cook till soft
4

Add all spices and mix well
5

Than add potato and cauliflower & mix well cook it for 10-15 minutes on low flame
6

Serve with hot Chapatti
