Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsshrimp
  2. 1 cupmayo
  3. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  4. 1/4half and half
  5. 1/2lemon, juiced
  6. Corn starch
  7. 1/4 cupwalnuts candied

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine mayo, condensed milk, half and half, lemon juice

    Boil pot of water to blanch shrimp for 30 seconds.

  3. 3

    Strain shrimp and cover with corn starch then quick fry shrimp

    Combine shrimp with walnut sauce and serve.
