Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchana daal
  2. 1 cupjaggery
  3. Teaspooncardamom powder
  4. 1 cupidli batter
  5. as neededOil to fry

  1. 1

    Boil dal with little water.

  2. 2

    Strain it.Grind it along with cardamom without water.

  3. 3

    Mix it with jaggery powder.Mix well.stuffing is ready

  4. 4

    Make small balls.

  5. 5

    Dip balls in idli batter and deep fry in medium hot oil.
