Ingredients

  • 1big brinjal
  • 1onion Chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/2lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast brinjal nicely by applying little oil on the body.

  2. 2

    Once it is cooked properly keep aside to cool

  3. 3

    Deskin the brinjal add salt,onion,lemon juice and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Mix and serve.
