Ingredients

5-7 minutes
2 servings
  • 2left over bajra/jowar roti
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 7-8garlic cloves chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt, turmeric, red chilli powder
  • As neededSugar
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspMustard and cumin seeds
  • 1 tspAsaefotida

Steps

5-7 minutes
  1. 1

    Break Rotla into small pieces with hand.

    In a pan add oil and crackle mustard and cumin seeds.

    Add asafoetida and chopped onion, garlic and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Saute for a while and add rotla pieces.

  5. 5

    Add all masala as per taste.

    Add curd and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix well. Add sugar if required.
