Steps

Break Rotla into small pieces with hand.

In a pan add oil and crackle mustard and cumin seeds.

Add asafoetida and chopped onion, garlic and green chilli.

Saute for a while and add rotla pieces.

Add all masala as per taste.

Add curd and 2-3 tbsp water. Mix well. Add sugar if required.

Vagharelo rotlo is ready to serve..
