First of all melt ghee in the pan then add besan.mix it until it becomes golden brown.stir it continuously in low flame.

Then take it out in a bowl.then make thick sugar syrup.then take out sugar syrup

Then melt mawa in pan.add sugar syrup.mix it continuously.

Then add roasted besan in mawa.after 2 minutes add cardamom powder.then take it out when the mixture is been thick.

Take it out in a plate.and freeze it for 30 minutes.then cut it to your favourite shape.and decorate it with cashews.

Your besan barfi is ready👍💐
