This is one of the snacks i take on a long flight. But they are also good for any time of day! I also tried a different spice mix (see Sumac Maple Walnuts recipe). Also works great with pumpkins seeds. #snack

This is one of the snacks i take on a long flight. But they are also good for any time of day! I also tried a different spice mix (see Sumac Maple Walnuts recipe). Also works great with pumpkins seeds. #snack

Preheat oven to 160C. Put the walnuts in a bowl. Add the maple syrup.

Add the cinnamon and the salt. And mix well.

Place the nuts on a lined baking sheet.

Roast for 15 - 20 minutes until the nuts are fragrant and toasted. In the photo the ones at the edge are too toasted ie burnt 🙀
