Sieve flour and add 50g of butter.

Mix it to look like bread crumbs.

Add your cinnamon powder, salt, nutmeg, and sugar. You can also use milk powder in case you don't have liquid milk. 2 sachets will be enough.

Mix your 7g of yeast with water so that it can be easy for the dough to set.

Add one egg to your dry ingredients and follow it with the yeast mixture.

Knead it thoroughly in such a way that it does not stick to your fingers.

Keep the dough covered in a dark place to rise and double its size, after which you remove it and roll it with a rolling pin to your desired size.

Use your doughnut cutter to cut out your doughnut shape. In case you don't have that, you can use a cup for the outter part and a curry container for the inner part.

After cutting, cover it with a napkin and keep it aside to rise once more. Then fry it until golden brown.

Ulala, your doughnut is ready to serve. You can also dip it in a chocolate syrup, icing sugar, or sprinkle sprinklers on it. OH YUM :)
