Keep the milk in low sim in a pan

Heat a kadhai and dry roast the suji till it is light brown

Bring the milk to boil and add some elaichi or cardamom powder and sugar into it

Add some ghee in the kadhai and saute the suji in it. Add the Kaju kishmish into it and keep stirring

Once it is well sauted add the milk and mix well. Make sure to stir well till the right consistency is reached

Your mohabhog is ready to be served
