Ingredients

  • 250 gmsGrated Dry coconut
  • 50 gmsroasted and Grinded makhani
  • For garnishingCoarsely grinded Cashew nuts and almond
  • 1 tbspRoasted Muskmelon seeds(magaj)
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 400 gmssugar or (as per the taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast dry coconut in 2 tsp ghee.

  2. 2

    Make one string sugar syrup

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients in the chashni and mix well

  4. 4

    Grease the tray or plate or use butter paper

  5. 5

    Spread the entire mixture and level it and cut into pieces

  6. 6

    Nariyal barfi ready to be served.
