Put semolina in a pan add 2 spoons ghee and put in on a low flame...keep mixing till it gets light brown

Add milk to it in the last and keep mixing till it leaves the pan

Add ghee in a pan and fry all dry fruits...mawa and powdered sugar with some coconut crush...Make a nice filling mixture for the modak

When the semolina dough is ready add Orange red colour in a part and green to the other part...keep white dough too...Put it in modak.mould and fill the sweet mawa mixture in the modak
