  • 1 bunchkale
  • cubeSalt,oil,onions and

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash
    Cut you're kales and spinach

  2. 2

    Start frying the onions till pinkish and add tomatoes till well done

  3. 3

    Now add the kales fry for 5 min,add cubes and its done

  4. 4

    Plate it with you're fried meat and ugali...enjoy
