  • 1kgs fillet
  • Oil and salt
  • Egg yellow color
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush you're garlic and mix with the egg yellow color salt,and let it marinate for 30 min

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add oil after the oil settles now add the fillets and turn after 5 min each side till golden and its ready
