METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Firstly take the kadhai grease it then add kalimirch powder, onion, tomato, salt to taste.
Then add 3cup water and slowly add 2 cup rawa sooji and mix it. Then put the flame off.
Close the lid of the kadhai for 5-6 min to set the dough. - 2
Now take out the dough into a plate and grease your hand with oil and knead the dough properly till comes into a smooth texture.
Then make small balls out of it.
And take the steamer or idli stand and steam all the balls for 20min. - 3
Then open the lid, check the balls if cooked or not and become spongy.
Then heat the pan, add half spoon oil to heat then add rai, jeera, curry leaves, sugar, arhar dal, chana dal, sambhar masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder and mix for 5min. - 4
Then add the steamed ball into it and mix thoroughly.
Put the flame off and close the lid off of the pan for 5min.
Then take out the soft spongy balls into a plate and serve it with a shezwan sauce.
