3-4 servings

2 cupsPoha
1 cupAll healthy vegetables like (brocolli, tricolour capsicums,onion)
as neededfew dry fruits of your choice
to tastesalt and pepper
2 tbspoil
1 tbsptomato ketchup

First wash poha in fresh water and keep it aside

Now take a wok add oil and cook all the vegetables on high flame
3

Now add poha, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix
4

Add tomato ketchup and dry fruits,and mix
5

Serve hot
