  • Noodles:140g, plantain, 2 carrots, peas, 1 small cucumber, and ketchup

    Slice all vegetables and set aside

  2. 2

    Parboil ur noodles and set aside

  3. 3

    Slice ur plantain nd deep fry

  4. 4

    Add a little oil and add ur vegetables

  5. 5

    Stir and add ur noodles

  6. 6

    Season and serve hot
