Cheesy Rice Pakora

In a large bowl place boiled rice (extra/ left out), mash it properly with hands. Then add besan, suji, 2 tbsp grated carrot, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt, ginger paste and red chilli powder.

Now mix them together and knead into a dough (like Roti dough/ not too hard or soft).

After that make small balls. Take one ball and make a small depression with index finger then with the help of both hands (fingers) increase it's size and flatten it from sides into a shape of a bowl.

Take 1/2 tbsp cheese and fill it into the bowl. Then close it and turn into a ball again. Same way make the rest.

After that make a slurry of maida and water and also crush the cornflakes with hands. And side by switch on the gas and heat the oil in a kadhai.

Dip the ball in the slurry and coat it with crushed cornflakes. And lower the ball in the hot oil and same way lower 2-3 more balls according to the size of kadhai.

Fry them until golden brown. Transfer the crispy pakoras in a plate and enjoy them with sauce, green chutney, etc.
