Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 cupUrad dal
  3. 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds
  4. 1 tspjaggery powder
  5. to tastesalt
  6. For stuffing
  7. 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  8. 2 tsproasted chana dal
  9. 1/2 tspmustardseeds
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1onion sliced
  12. to tastesalt
  13. 4curry leaves
  14. 2whole dry red chillies
  15. 1 tspoil
  16. for coconut chutney
  17. 1 cupgrated fresh coconut
  18. 1/4 tspmustardseeds
  19. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  21. to tastesalt
  22. 1 tspoil
  23. 1/2 cuproasted and peeled black chana

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a rice and dal washed and soaked at 8 hours.

  2. 2

    After 8 hours grind with salt,fenugreek and jaggery keep a side for 8 hiurs then fermentation.

  3. 3

    After fermentation mix well.

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil,oil heat add mustardseeds,curry leaves and chana dal mix then add masala snd onion saute then add potatoes saute for 2 minutes stuffing r ready.

  5. 5

    Take a grinder jar add coconut,salt chilli and some water grind and make a paste take a pan add oil and mustard seeds crackle add chutney.

  6. 6

    Take a pan add oil then make a dosa apply oil and stuff with potato masala and roll.

  7. 7

    Serve crispy masala dosa with coconut chstni.
