  • Redbell pepper(tattasai)

Steps

  1. 1

    Set your sliced bread aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl break your egg, add spices of your choice, sliced onion and tattase.

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg for everything to combine.

  4. 4

    Deep bread into egg and fry in a hot oil..

  5. 5

    Serve with hot tea
